The inspiration to make a gin came from our friend and previous Beer & Spirits Director, Pete Waite's previous work at Bully Boy Distillers. We teamed up with our neighbors and one of Boston's most talented bar-staff, Lion's Tail and Bully Boy Distillers to develop something approachable but versatile for numerous cocktails. In collaboration with Lions Tail, this is distilled locally at Bully Boy Distillers in Roxbury, MA. This Gin is made with Juniper, coriander, orris, chamomile, celery seed, and ginger.

This Old Tom style Gin packs a big punch of flavor upfront, notes of cardamom, coriander and spicy ginger. Finishes with a light touch of juniper, rounded sweetness and a pillowy mouthfeel.
