From Yakima Valley, WA. Airfield Estates uses 100% estate fruit from vineyards planted starting in 1968. They are long-established grape growers, with 860 acres and 26 different varietals planted. Located at the base of the mountains in Yakima, the vineyard blocks are part of an old WWII airfield once used in training missions. The tasting room is a converted airplane hangar. Most of the wines are less than 500 cases.
