This week our Friday wine tasting is taking a holiday and instead we're featuring some unmistakable tastes from Italy:

Fernet-Branca - An Italian amaro, or bitter. Traditionally an after dinner digestif, it's a modern favorite of bartenders everywhere.

Carpano Antica - "...dark, mysterious vermouth that is rich, complex and layered, boasting aromas of mint and other herbs, plums and figs."
