1 1/2 oz Privateer Gin
1/2 oz Applejack
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg white
2 dashes grenadine

Vigorously shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a cherry.
