2 cups Grand Ten Wire Works Gin
1.5 cups Aperol
16oz Ginger Kombucha; Urban Farm Fermentory
4 12oz cans Club Soda
8 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Combine Gin, Aperol, & Kombucha in a pitcher with ice and stir. Pour into tumblers over ice and top with club soda. Garnish with orange wedge
