The inspiration to make a Gin came from our Beer & Spirits Director, Pete Waite's previous work at Bully Boy Distillers. We teamed up with our neighbors and one of Boston's most talented bar-staff, Lion's Tail and Bully Boy Distillers to develop something approachable but versatile for numerous cocktails.

This Old Tom style Gin packs a big punch of flavor upfront, notes of cardamom, coriander and spicy ginger. Finishes with light juniper, rounded sweetness and a pillowy mouthfeel.
